The main purpose of the Vietnamese Minnesotans association (VMA) is to promote self-sufficiency and well being of Southeast Asians, particularly Vietnamese and their integration into the American society. Furthermore, VMA, a non-profit organization, seeks to promote unity among Asian communities in Minnesota. Using funding from public and private sources, corporate, foundations, and individuals, this agency is dedicated to resolve and diminish the social problems and issues being faced by Southeast Asians in the State of Minnesota.
